Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Nairobi 
You will be met on arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by one of our representative and a driver from the hotel and have a short transfer to the hotel where you will spend your day at leisure prepar- ing for your Safari. Overnight at Four Points by Sheraton Airport Hotel Dinner this night is not included
Day 2: Nairobi -Amboseli National Park
Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Join your tour guide and head South to the home of the tallest mountain in Africa which is also hosts the highest number of Elephants in and out of East Africa, Amboseli National park. You will be expected to arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and check in. After lunch you will spend the early afternoon on leisure before joining your tour guide for the Afternoon game drive in the park returning to the lodge before nightfall. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge
Day 3: Amboseli National Park
Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, the Amboseli National Parks is one of Kenya's most popular parks. The name "Amboseli" comes from a Maasai word meaning "salty dust", and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close The park takes its name from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust”. Wildlife abounds with elephants being the dominant species. The park also offers the best views for photography and also gives an opportunity to focus on extra activities like tree planting and Maasai Village visits. This day will be spent in the park with a full day game drive and any other optional activity as suggested by your tour guide All meals and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge
Day 4: Amboseli - Lake Naivasha
Lake Naivasha National park is part of Kenya's Rift Valley, a region known for picturesque lakes and landscape, Primarily known for its many species of birds, including vast numbers of pink flamingos, Lake Naivasha also has waterbucks, impalas, and hippo- potamuses Early breakfast at the lodge and check out. Drive to Lake Naivasha. You will be expected to arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. Later after lunch, join your guide who will accompany you for a boat ride at the Lake and an excur- sion to Crescent Island returning to your lodge before nightfall. Day 5: Lake Naivasha -

Drive East to the famous Maasai Mara arriving at your lodge in time for lunch and afternoon game drives. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge
Day 6: Maasai Mara Game Reserve.
The Masai Mara features a stunning kaleidoscope of wild and rugged landscapes, warm and welcoming people and an exciting array of animals (Big Five) World famous for hosting the epic Great Migration, the Masai Mara welcomes 1,5 million wildebeests onto its sprawling savannahs each July through October Spend the day in Maasai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. The Mara is home to the big five and a host of other game. Masai Mara is one of Kenya’s most visited and richest game reserve with a huge density of wildlife including the big five. It is also famous for the great wildebeest migration that occurs annually. The great migration involves the wildebeest, zebra and gazelle instinct led movement from the Serengeti in Tanzania around July to the Masai Mara in Kenya and then departing around October. This journey is coupled by numerous obstacles which makes it even more magnificent.  All meals and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge.
Day 7: Nairobi / Depart
Breakfast at the Camp and check out. Exit the park with a game drive en-route as you drive back to Nairobi and drop off at the airport for your departure flight.
Terms & Conditions

  • The above prices are subject to availability of flights and hotel accommodation and services at the time of processing the reservation.
  • The package cost is based on the above hotels and any change will impact the cost. Long weekends& school holidays in SA may attract a supplement.
  • The check-in time is 1430 hrs and check out time is 1030 hrs. Early check-in or a late checkout is not guaranteed and is only on request.
  • Full day vehicle is 8-9 hrs and half – day is 4-5 hrs. On the Garden Route the vehicle is available for 10-12 hrs. Any extra hours required may not be allowed and is purely on request and will be charged for.
  • The drivers/guides may not stay in the same hotel as the clients. It is customary to pay 10% gratuity (tips) both to the driver and the guide to ensure a more pleasurable service.
  • The amount paid at the time of booking confirmation and request of Visa Letter is adjusted in the final invoice. This amount will be Forfeited in the event of cancellation
  • Child policy in South Africa varies from hotel to hotel. In most of the hotel’s children will be accommodated in a family room subject to availability of such rooms. 
  • Some hotels may not allow children below a certain age and some hotels don’t allow children to share in the same room with adults and will have to be accommodating in separate rooms since they do not have Family rooms.
  • Most hotels consider children above 12 years as adults and charged accordingly.
  • It is very important to check the child policy while requesting for a hotel.
  • In South Africa, triple rooms are mostly higher category rooms and cost more than standard double/twin. Some hotels don’t allow triple sharing. 
  • The prices may change, due to Rand/Dollar exchange rate fluctuations, revision in fuel prices or govt. levies / duties, due to epidemic, endemic without notice. It is deemed our detailed terms and conditions applicable have been read, understood and agreed upon.

Easy Cancellation

*46 days or more days prior to departure date, Initial Booking Amount and additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited (in case visa has been applied). *Between 45 – 31 days : 60% of total tour cost will be charged as penalty. *Between 30 – 21 days : 80% of total tour cost will be charged as penalty. *Less than 20 days : 100% of total tour cost will be charges as penalty.

Booking Policy

  • Initial Booking Amount – INR 40,000 per person or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable).
  • 60 days prior to the departure date – 50% of the remaining tour cost.
  • 45 days prior to the departure date – 75% of the tour cost required.
  • 30 days prior to the departure date – 100% of the tour cost required.
